We are a community, home and office based therapeutic program that offers effective individual, family, relationship and psychological care to children, adolescents and adults. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We work from a individualized and strength based perspective, providing care to meet each clients specific needs.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
On-site we welcome clients to our office, where we provide psychological evaluations as well as Individual, Family & Group therapy.
Our clinicians come to homes, schools, and the community to bring therapy to the client! Our goal is to meet clients where they are.
Teletherapy, also known as online therapy, is therapy delivered through a virtual platform via a computer, tablet or phone. If you’ve ever used FaceTime or Skype, it’s essentially the same thing – except more secure and with a qualified therapist or counselor at the other end instead of a distant friend or relative.
(All coaching programs encompass meditation and breath work)

Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a dose of inner peace. But it can be tough to meditate without a teacher or guide. Guided meditations literally walk you through a meditation and help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time.
Therapeutic Mentors have an array of skills to help children, adults and teenagers build on their strengths; they work closely with a licensed clinician and in collaboration with family and their clinical team to achieve a specific skill-building goal.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga is used to help clients heighten body awareness, to notice what is happening inside of their bodies, to learn to release tension, reduce and control fear arousal, and tolerate sensation. It also teaches clients to calm their minds and regulate physical responses and emotions.
